Brewing Tips: We suggest using water at 195℉/90℃ and 200-250ml to brew the tea. Don't worry about brewing it for too long, as it will not become overly bitter. Since only 1.8g of Broken Tea is used, the tea can be brewed 1-2 times. The tea soup is clean and bright, with a delicate taste and fragrance. If you prefer a stronger taste, you can use 2 tea bags at a time.
